**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Teaching and school administration experience will be preferred.
- Practical Knowledge of online learning tools & management system
- Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional.
- A willingness to work overtime

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and reviewing academic functions
- Online School / Tuition Management
- Developing & Managing class schedules
- Conducting research on professional and ongoing learning opportunities
- Initiate virtual meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.
- Ensuring fair allocation of budget and resources
- Keeping track of student and preparing appropriate interventions.
- Assisting with the hiring, recruitment, training, and onboarding of new teachers
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with parents, students, and teaching staff
- Preparing and submitting drafts of proposals, financial reports, and other documents

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £1,000.00-£1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
