**The Role**
**This leading Top 50 UK/ L500 Ranked Team are seeking an experienced Employment Legal Director or Partner to join their Bristol Office.**
Through further growth, this impressive outfit are looking at senior level expansion into prioritised teams - including Employment.
They strive for excellence; working collaboratively with their competitively ranked L500 counterparts, you will access to a broad mix of matters for an interesting and high profile portfolio of UK & Global clients, across a range of sectors.
This is one of the most impressive Employment Teams in the UK who provide a full service offering for Global Corporations and Start Ups through to Local Authorities and Public Sector. This includes advice for Employers & Employees, Contentious & Non-Contentiouselements such as:
- Training to HR & Board
- Advice to Employers (UK & International)
- Employment Disputes
- Investigations & Whistleblowing
Due to the seniority of this role, you will be expected to be an experienced Lawyer - whilst there is sufficient demand/ work to make this hire, this is aligned as part of an wider growth strategy so you will be expected to generate further business forthe team.
There is a compromise on duties of the role, in line with client demand, and your own experience and interests - if you have a certain focus, you will be provided with the resources and support to capitalise on this, should you wish.
**You Will Be**:
- An Employment Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner with 8 PQE +
- (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
- Proven experience from a leading SW, National or London Practice
