Partner - Employment - Bristol TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well-regarded Legal 100 firm based in Bristol who are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Partner to join the national employment team. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters. The role will involve expanding the firm's existing Employment team in Bristol and wider UK offices. Key Responsibilities: Providing expert legal advice to clients on employment law issues, including but not limited to HR policies, redundancies, disciplinary, employment tribunals and settlement agreements, Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Working with clients across a broad range of industries Requirements: Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law with at least 8 years PQE Strong knowledge of UK employment law Proven track record of successfully handling complex employment law cases. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
