The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Partner to join the firm's leading team in Bristol. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding the employment practice and raising the team's national profile. You will manage and build on key client relationships, serving as the face of the team in the region and driving new business opportunities. The team provides both contentious and non-contentious support to an impressive FTSE 250 client base across various sectors, ensuring high-quality, tailored advice. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will have an important role in shaping the team's strategy and growth, working closely with the wider leadership team. Your leadership will include mentoring and developing the next generation of employment lawyers, contributing to their professional and technical development.
