Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a Part Time (3 days) Personal Assistant and general office all-rounder for administrative duties including personal assistant to the Managing Director.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Paying, chasing invoices
- Keeping all group companies documentation updated
- Maintaining and tracking staff holiday requests
- Maintaining all company records including health & safety, hygiene, online training etc
- Ad-hoc research requests into new products, equipment
- General administrative duties
You will be based in a small office often working by yourself or alongside the Managing Director. You will work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 5 hours per day. We are flexible in regards to start and finish time
We are flexible on your background and experience, **but you MUST be a problem solver. If you don't know the answer, you need to find it and be resourceful.**
Experience with Microsoft Office is essential and experience using QuickBooks a bonus
