Re; Kitchen Assistant Role (Saturdays Only)

If so.. We are looking to fill a Saturday role in our beautiful Deli & Shop where we strive to deliver excellence as standard.

Your duties would include;
- Kitchen Service - Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen Lead
- Must be willing to learn, follow instruction and work under own initiative, whilst supporting team members
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Stock and rotate inventory as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns if required
- Support Front of House if needed
- Weekend Work is Essential

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting

Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with co-workers - Basic bartending skills are a plus
