As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of Management Accounts and assisiting in the annual statutory audit.

This is an exciting and challenging role for you to further bolster the management team in Finance. You will have the opportunity to grow into the role as we move into new territories and markets whilst enhancing and developing the current team and planningfor the needs of future business needs.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- CIMA / Equivalent Qualified, industry experience preferred but not essential,
- Audit Relationship Management and IFRS experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail with the desire to develop and improve systems and processes.
- Flexibility, whilst being proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrable ability to negotiate and build relationships across the multiple stakeholders.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Strengthening and building the Finance team in preparation for growth into new territories.
- Manageing assessing and agreeing the resourcing requirements for the management team.
- Preparing Consolidated Statutory accounts under IFRS for the Group, ensuring compliance with internal and external timetables.
- Processing the Local Accountancy advisor relationship in all aspects of statutory reporting.
- Managing the Local advisor relationship in all aspects of local Audit requirements.
- Reviewing, understanding the impact of new regulatory requirements, and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Assisting with the review and sign-off of statutory accounts, working with the relevant members of the finance team alongside Group and Overseas Component Auditors.
- Adopting a collaborative approach with Group Auditors ensuring compliance with all Accounting Standards, both locally and internationally, FRS and IFRS.
