Our client, a well-established printing company in East Ham, is seeking a skilled and motivated Print Operative to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the exciting world of print and be a key player in a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain printing machinery to ensure high-quality output
- Monitor and adjust printing processes to meet production specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Print Operative or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (dependent on client requirements)

07:30 - 15:30
**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
