Joseph Ash Galvanizing are currently looking for an experienced administrative individual who has experience in the transport sector to join our team at our Premier Galvanizing site in Corby as a Transport Administrator.

As transport administrator you will be working alongside the on site transport manager to assist with the smooth day to day running of the business and ensuring that the logístical aspects of the business are managed correctly.

Your day to day
- Handling customer calls and dealing with customer service enquiries
- Supporting the transport manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the logístical aspects of the business
- Liaising with the operations team to ensure that the transport schedule is kept up to date
- Creating transport plans and schedules
- General day to day administrative tasks to support the transport team

What we are looking for
- Experience working in a fast paced administration role
- Experience working within a transport and logistics focused role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to work under pressure

- Salary up to £23,000 p.a
