Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and delivery of our acquisition plan to deliver against our targets for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- The management and execution of paid acquisition campaigns, such as social media, paid search, and partnerships.
- The creation of prospect-specific marketing collateral such as whitepapers, newsletters, and buying guides.
- The organisation and management of relevant events where lead generation activities can be completed.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support the conversion of MQLs through the sales funnel, including pitch marketing support where applicable.
- An understanding of KPI data and reporting for acquisition marketing activity, including budget and performance.
- As part of your role, you will support Tribepad in achieving our environmental targets.

We think this role will be brilliant for a person who has experience in;
- Paid online marketing including PPC, Social Media, and Partnerships.
- Creating effective campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Organising events and industry conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Whilst not essential it would be helpful if you have;
- Knowledge of marketing in B2B software or IT.
- Knowledge of other relevant annuity revenue marketing models.
- Knowledge in the recruitment, HR, and/or talent management sectors.
