**Job Description**:
**What your role is**

An exciting opportunity to support sales capabilities and provide support for our grocery and Ireland sales teams.Your role will span across helping new team sales team members onboard, trade shows set up and reporting. No day will look or feel the same.

Key Responsibilities include:
Sales capabilities
- Coordination of training programme with 3 rd parties and country capability leads to deliver best in class training sessions.
- Help craft the sales regional regional capability plan sharing regular updates and progress.
- Help manage the Learning and Development budget and PO process
- Using our General Mills online learning platform Own the Go Learn and Programme Agenda Updates

Administrative tasks
- Helping your teams with PO /SAP/Sample request of Old El Paso,Häagen Dazs, Nature Valley for management Grocery/Category Team
- Partnering with our 3 rd field sales agency to ensure they have upto date sales info
- Onboarding of our new sales starters.
- Support your Customer Directors with tasks to help their teams and customers.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Previous success in an administration position in a fast paced environment
- Experience or an interest in Learning and Development
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven organisational skills
- Flexible approach to working and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Proactive and with a self starter mentality
- Team player --“can do” attitude
