NC Associates are assisting in an exciting new role with a market-leading national service organisation based near Horwich, recruiting a skilled Credit Controller. The reason for the role is down to continuous growth and recent acquisitions. As a Credit Controller you will work in a team and be supported by a Credit Control Team Leader. The Business has grown considerably over the past 18 months and has a fantastic reputation within the industry. They also have a great working culture which is clear from the number of awards they have won.

The duties will include:

- Credit Control for multiple companies within group
- Cash Allocation
- Query resolution and escalation following chase procedures and policies
- Submitting manual credits and invoices processed from billing
- Dispute management
- Stakeholder management
- General account housekeeping
