Hours: 37.5 weekly - Permanent Position

Our client is a quickly growing business in Horwich who are looking for someone to join a busy finance team working within administration and customer service. This role would be ideal for someone who already has office experience and is looking for progression, or for a recent school / college leaver who is looking to benefit from a great office culture and full training.

We are looking for someone who is confident in speaking to other people over the phone and who feels comfortable working at pace within a busy environment. Despite the office being busy, management are relaxed and offer a friendly working environment.

**Your main roles and responsibilities**:
Reporting directly into the office manager, you'll take inbound calls and do outbound activity, including:

- Answering telephones for the accounts team, handling any customer queries, and sharing accurate information with the team.
- Office administration, helping with paperwork, filing, and invoicing
- Making outbound calls helping the team - explaining charges on customer accounts, reminding them of upcoming payment dates and building relationships
- Working with the credit control team to maintain an accurate sales ledger
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to customers
- Leasing administration
- Escalating queries to management as appropriate
- Creating reports within Excel spreadsheets and manipulating data
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
- Willingness to learn and computer savvy
- Good team working ability
- Being able to work to a fast pace and enjoying working to targets and deadlines
- Personable and professional approach over the phone - wanting to work with people
