We are looking for a passionate and motivated Project Manager that is keen on impacting lives of vulnerable young people and adults at risk of homelessness in Camden. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitivesalary of £34,796 per annum.

**The Project ManagerRole:**
We are recruiting to fill the role of **Project Manager** for our Camden Kalidsescope team on a full-time (37.5 hours), permanent basis.
The post holder will ensure the service delivers excellent and continuously improving performance and that there is a positive impact on outcomes for clients. You will ensure the team delivers high levels of partnership and involvement from clients, staff,volunteers and key stakeholders.
Camden Kalidsescope is a unique project working in close partnership with local mental health services providing a holistic support package to clients who have enduring mental health conditions.
**Key responsibilities of our Project Manager:**
- Leading and managing the project team effectively.
- Ensuring that all aspects of service delivery offer high standards that make young people feel welcome, safe, supported and involved.
- Collaborating with the appropriate statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure access to services for the young people we support and work towards co-ordinated and client centred service delivery.
- Leading the process of continuous improvement for the service.
- Effectively managing assets and resources including financial, IT and building management.
**About our Project Manager**:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Significant experience of managing a service in a support setting that delivers excellent and continuously improving performance, resulting in improving outcomes and positive impact.
- Demonstrable experience of working with young people with a range of support needs including mental health and/or complex needs.
- Experience working within a therapeutic and clinical framework and knowledge of the psychologically informed environment framework.
- Experience of managing budgets and expenditures.
