**Business Overview**:
**Job Purpose**:
To act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Customers and the external sales team, administrative duties, handling of orders from the point of order to dispatch and stock allocation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer care nationally and internationally.
- Entry of customer Offers and Orders for customers in the System.
- Price and customer data maintenance in the system.
- Monitoring Return Processes and raising credit notes.
- Dealing with complaints and issues.
- Follow through the warehouse movements and safety stock.
- Reporting (Sales Figures, Standard items, Forecasting, Accruals with JDE).
- Participate in exhibitions, stock take etc.
- Support in marketing related tasks (translation, data sheets, flyers, product catalogs, etc.)
- General support for external Sales Team
- General correspondence and administration and daily telephone calls.

**Skills**:

- Experience in internal sales / customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Team player personality and good social skills.
- English is required.
- Polish is required.
- Confident use of MS - Office and good knowledge of ERP systems.
