Senior Technical Coordinator

Location - Woking, Surrey

Salary - £60,000 + £5,500 car allowance + bonus

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer who are looking to attract and recruit a Senior Technical Coordinator, to come and join their experienced technical team. Our client has tasked us with finding someone capable of coordinatingthe design for a range of traditional build, residential projects, across the Surrey and Sussex areas. They are a heavily design led developer, that has 5 star customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in appointing and managing a team of external design consultants.
- Offer expertise and guidance in coordinating the design brief for the external consultants.
- Organise briefings and update reports from the design team on the progress of the project.
- Your involvement will begin right from the land buying and tendering stage, providing input and guidance on behalf of the technical team.
- Liaise with internal teams (Estimating, Surveying, Buying, Sales, Marketing and Construction), as well as co-ordinate with external authorities to ensure that the design meets the brief and meets all approvals, licences and agreements.
- Be on hand to provide assistance and expertise with any issues that arise relating to the technical side of the project.
- Proactively recommending technical and design solutions with regards to products, detailing and methodology

Our client is willing to offer a very competitive salary and remuneration package, for an experienced, existing technical coordinator, or someone proficient in design coordination. They also offer flexible working, with days split between home, on site andthe office (2 days at home + 3 in office/on site).
