**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the financial services industry.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with customers face to face and chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Provide product information, pricing details, and promotions to customers
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating as necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Note**: Full-time and part-time positions available. Part-time: Three days between Monday and Friday (25 hours). Full-time: Monday to Friday, no weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £21,383.00-£22,366.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
