We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers both remotely and face-to-face while also supporting sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be integral to our operations. Your key duties will include:

- Assisting customers with inquiries about our renewable energy solutions and services.
- Representing the company during in-person meetings, consultations, and community events to build customer relationships.
- Supporting the sales team by handling initial customer inquiries and guiding potential clients through our offerings.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Managing and maintaining customer records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of face-to-face customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
**To excel in this role, you will need**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role (experience in renewable energy is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Confidence and professionalism when meeting customers face-to-face.
- The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
