As **Depot Administrator at our new depot, **you will support the Depot in achieving its availability, through accurate stocks files and transfer process, together with keeping the Depot, safe and legal with regard to pricing and promotions compliance. You will ensure a class leading customer experience through accurate information and pricing and support the Management Team through maintaining processes throughout the Depot and investigating and reporting back.

Duties include, but are by no means limited to;
- Providing administration support in relation to stock availability within the depot
- Ensuring all displays are correctly presented within depot
- Ensure local promotions are supported
- Processing necessary price changes
- Management of local damages and short dated claims
- Administration for stock transfers
- Supporting with depot administration

Required skills include;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Communications both oral and written
- Personable, approachable manner
- Thorough understanding of the industry and our customers
- Excellent computer skills both in the in-house packages and suite of Microsoft packages
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Passionate about customer service and have the ability to talk to customers with ease

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday.
