Partner Financial are working with a fast growth, PE backed multinational Technology business with a £200M turnover, who have become market leaders with their revolutionary technology. They are an exceptionally innovative and entrepreneurial business andhave exciting plans for even more growth.

They are looking for an astute Financial Controller to work directly with the Finance Director on the technical aspects of the accounting function, while supporting the wider finance teams and Global Finance Leadership.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the managements accounts are produced in a quality and timely manner
- Leading a team and preparing statutory financial statements for different entities across the business
- Working closely with the Finance Director to review and improve operational finance processes and reporting cycles
- Training and mentoring junior members of the team
- Ensuring periodic tax filings are prepared and filed within the required timelines, as well as liaising with internal tax teams and tax advisors
- Owning the balance sheet accounts monthly, ensuring they are timely and accurately delivered
- Working with the auditors to run efficient and timely year end audit process
- Preparing periodic statutory accounting for various entities of the group across multiple jurisdictions
- A Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation
- Have demonstrable experience working with numerous international entities
- Extensive working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- An inquisitive mind-set that continuously challenges and seeks process improvement
- Experience managing and developing a high performing team
