Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading wine business to recruit an experienced Interim Financial Controller.

The business is a market leader in their field with an excellent customer base and plans to continue their rapid growth. they are looking to recruit an Interim Financial Controller for a period of 6 months.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare and review the monthly management accounts for 6 entities and investigate an explain monthly variances
- Aid financial staff to be trained and effectively utilising the new SAP system
- Automate and manage processes between SAP and the current in-house stock and sales system. Working with other heads of department to ensure integration
- Ensure all PAYE, VAT, HKMPF and SGGST returns are correct and filed
- Manage FX contracts
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the Group finance department, including transactional finance, internal controls, compliance and P&L analysis.
- Develop, streamline and improve accounting systems and operations within the finance department but also with internal departments and importantly clients
- Supervise and people manage 6 financial department staff
- Manage the audit process and liaise with external personnel
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required
- Reconcile revenue and intercompany transactions
