**Job summary**:
Welcome to the Air Human Resources Team, we are an inclusive and dedicated organisation working hard to support Service personnel.
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator Officer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our welcoming team with the Service Personnel and Personal Support Flight at RAF Wittering, Cambridgeshire.
This is a full-time role consisting of 37 hours per week.
**Job description**:
- Provide assistance and support to OC Service Discipline (SD) and SNCO SD for tri service discipline related matters including:
- Administering the process for individuals appearing at civilian court appearances, and Court Martials and maintaining discipline records for RAF Wittering using the Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) IT programme.
- Compiling and processing service discipline and administrative documentation for cases involving military personnel.
- Processing and coordinating administrative action for RAF fitness test failures.
- Processing discipline checks for Service personnel using JPA.

You will be happy working as part of a team, with excellent communication skills both written and oral, and understand the necessity to maintain confidentiality.
