Harper James has a great opportunity for a Business Development Executive. The role will be based from our Sheffield office playing a part of a busy and successful team.

What You’ll Do:

- Introduce our services to senior level management of all sorts of businesses, from high growth companies to companies with turnover exceeding £50m
- Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities to build a pipeline of targeted prospects.
- Manage a sales pipeline and full sales process
- Taking a consultative sales approach with business owners, entrepreneurs, and key decision makers
- Establish a trusted relationship with prospective clients to determine their needs and understand their requirements
- Consistently exceed your monthly targets and be well compensated for doing so
- Collaborate with our specialist lawyers who will support you in onboarding new clients
- Enthusiastic with a winning attitude
- Possesses the potential to have discussions with senior level decision makers about how Harper James Solicitors can improve their business
- Self-motivated with the ability to work hard to deliver results and enjoy winning new business
- A strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently
- Someone who is coachable and keen to learn
