Joseph Ash Galvanizing are looking for an experience manufacturing supervisor to join our team at our site in Bridgend.

This role will suit someone who has been a manufacturing supervisor in a similar environment and has experience with both hands on supervisory work, ensuring process and production are maintained suitably through to supporting the site management with shift management, delegation of duties and HR related support.

**Your day to day**
- Lead, develop and motivate direct reports to deliver or exceed objectives and KPIs
- Ensure compliance of company, legal and Health and Safety procedures and act on issues as necessary
- Organise resource, delegate tasks and deal with day to day resource issues as necessary so the site runs smoothly and service requirements are met.
- Collate, monitor and analyse KPI and operational data and make adjustments in order to achieve targets.
- Deputise for the manager in their absence, taking accountability for their responsibilities to ensure the operation continues to deliver its targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Have previous supervisory experience gained within a similar environment
- Health and safety qualified
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have experience of managing targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and flexible.
