The salary is based on skills and experience. Individuals must be able to demonstrate that they can lead a shift, be effective clinically and compliant whilst on shift plus ensure individual needs are met. Overtime rate also available.
Our client are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with working age or older adults. The role would suit someone who is able to multi task, prioritiseworkloads and remain calm under pressure.
The combination of a professional nursing team who are RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified enables us to provide a holistic person centred clinical care.
Our Nursing teams have the opportunity to progress their professional development towards Matron, Registered Manager or clinical specialisms funded by TVC.
