**Salary up to £25,000 per annum plus bonus & benefits**

We are working with a Lexcel and CQS accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support their highly successful national residential conveyancing team based in Brierley Hill.

**The role will involve**:

- Assisting lawyers in the conveyancing team on client matters from inception through to completion
- Supporting lawyers in the management of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles
- Use of a case management system
- Requesting searches
- Completing stamp duty documentation
- Drafting and proof-reading legal documentation including contracts
- Reviewing mortgage offers
- Setting up and handling completions including completion statements and bills
- Dealing with post completion procedures and registrations
- Updating case plans and searches
- Liaising with existing and new clients
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a residential conveyancing support role
- Knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience of using a case management system
- A desire to learn and progress your career in conveyancing
