This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership, while driving excellence in client service, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance on conveyancing procedures, SDLT, Land Registry, and lender requirements, supervise team members, and support the Head of Department in delivering outstanding service and financial performance.
