**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for **an Empty Property Support **to join us on a permanent, part-time basis (18.5 hours per week over 2.5 days).** **As a Voids Team Empty Property Support you will work closely with management, team leaders and planners to ensure that target are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be instrumental in raising orders, closing jobs down, liaising with external contractors and delivering a great service.
- You’ll provide comprehensive administration and support to ensure delivery of a high performing and responsive empty property service. You’ll ensure properties owned and managed by Thirteen are brought up to the agreed occupancy standard in the shortest possible time to minimise timescales, ready for our customers to move in.

**About You**:

- In this role, you’ll have a key role in liaising with external contacts and internal teams, as you’ll deal with and respond to enquiries and work requests, so we’re looking for a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- You’ll also be confident using a range of systems as you’ll be responsible for raising orders and seeing them through to completion, as well as running reports for the team. You’ll have a continuous improvement mindset as you’ll take an active role within relevant project teams and special interest groups by embracing innovation and making a positive contribution to operational efficiencies, value for money and improved performance.
