The post of Fitness Coordinator at ERL Haltemprice is a management position with responsibility for the management of specific cost centres within the facility as well as responsibility for the day to day operation of the facilities extensive exercise class programme and 100 plus station gymnasium.
Managing a team of fitness and exercise class instructors the Fitness Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operation of the exercise class and fitness programme. In addition, this specific post has responsibility for the management of all activities which includes the Heart Link/Cardiac Group, Exercise Referral, Livewell, Walking the way to Health, Aquatic exercise classes and the running of the gymnasium (Fitness centre) maximise income and customer usage which also includes the membership scheme.
This is a significant management responsibility as it involves managing an income budget.
