Our client who are a growing telecommunications company, are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. Overview: The main objective of the role is to manage the relationship and processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Responsibilities (training provided): - Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems - Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly - Ensure all internal systems are updated with the provision changes Desirable skills: - Time Management Skills - Excellent customer service skills - Be able to work within a team as well as on own initiative - Be able to adapt to change - Excellent telephone technique and manner This position will suit somebody who: - You are good on the phone and enjoy multi-tasking - You have a can-do practical approach to your work - You enjoy working in a team and are happy to help in other areas Disclaimer: This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited ("ARM").
