Established in 2010, North London IT Support are experts in providing IT support services to businesses across London and the UK. Due to a rise in demand, and future expansion aspirations we are looking to appoint a passionate**IT Support Technician**to support a portfolio of local clients.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Technician to join our growing team in London. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our external clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware andsoftware issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues, working remotely or on-site with clients as required.
- Manage hardware, software, network or device problems.
- Follow instructions and process diagrams to repair a fault or set up a new system.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles for clients.
- Deploy networks and routers in commercial business environments.
- Engage and build relationships with clients, ensuring a full 360 IT support service is provided.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and clients on IT-related topics.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Level 3 qualifications (A-levels/Higher Education Diploma, Advanced Apprenticeship) - Essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as DNS, TCPIP, DHCP, WAN/LAN and WIFI.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Active Directory topologies & Exchange/Office 365 systems.
- Experience deploying desktop hardware, software, networks & routers.
- Time management and organization skills to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- IT industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and ITIL Foundation certification are desirable but not essential.
