We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the face of our Retail Support Centre This key role involves being the first point of contact for our visitors and calls, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting our Company Directors and teams with essential administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet visitors and handle inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post and manage office supply orders.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
- Assist Company Directors with various administrative tasks.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- The initiative to work independently and proactively.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
