Pure are pleased to be recruiting for a Import & Export Coordinator based on a 12month fixed term contract who will be focused on ensuring the Customer receives their goods in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming and outboundshipments to and from the UK are cleared through customs and delivered to our customers.
**Key Duties**:

- To communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure inbound shipments are delivered on time to the correct destination in close coordination with Sales Support and Customer Care Teams.
- To ensure that the documentation produced is compliant with the country of destination
- To ensure shipments are dispatched and received in a timely manner to meet the customer’s demands
- To ensure that shipments are booked with the relevant carriers
- To inform customers of the dispatch to help them with their own clearance

**Key Requirments**:

- Good knowledge of Imports/Export knowledge
- Dangerous goods knowledge by road and air desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes
- Good Administration skills
- Good eye for detail
