**Part-Time, Permanent **(29.6 hours per week, all year round)
The Bristol Autism Team is recruiting for a new and exciting position of Family Support Team Lead.
As part of the Bristol Autism Team, you would be joining a team of professionals who bring together a wealth of knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and expertise in the field of autism. The team is committed to providing unique and high-quality advice and support for children and young people with a diagnosis of autism or a Social Communication and Interaction.
Main elements of the role are to:
- Be a part key of the Bristol Autism Team Senior Leadership Team.
- Play a strategic role in developing the Bristol Autism Team.
- Line manage and provide case supervision and direction for Advance Project workers and Specialist Teacher (coordinator of family learning courses).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from a BAT Education Hub and a range of multiagency services.
You would be part of an agile workforce with the flexibility to carry out administrative tasks at home, and to attend meetings in education settings as well as other Bristol City Council buildings.
