Sitting within the UK People Team, The Employee Relations (ER) team work together to provide HR support to all teams across Getir UK and we are looking for our next ER Advisor

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide first line advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees to assist in resolving a wide range of Employee Relation issues in the UK.
- Coach and advise the wider People Team on Employee Relations issues.
- Identify the best approach to resolve cases and outline associated people and reputational risk that will enable managers to make informed decisions.
- Ensure that the ER database is kept up to date and accurate at all times as well as collate monthly activity reports for the ER Manager.
- Support the Franchising Team by managing the TUPE transfer process from end to end, which includes the preparation of ELI data, conducting consultations and liaising with third parties.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your stakeholders
- Operate independently using your own initiative.
- Maintain ER template documentation, ensuring that it complies with HR best practice and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with the ER Manager to identify improvements in case management and ER policies.
- Identify training needs, create training material and deliver training to key stakeholders.

**What You'll Bring**

**You Will Have**:

- A minimum of CIPD Level 5
- 3 + years of experience handling Employee Relations related cases
- Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law and Legislation
- Experience of managing a high caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
