Job description

WorldFront is an online retailer with a consumer product e-fulfillment center in Brockworth, Gloucester. We are looking for a Fulfillment Team Leader/Supervisor to setup a new night shift to cater for our volume. You will be responsible for hiring, training and smooth, high output operation of the night shift working under the Global Fulfillment Manager.

Our evening shift runs from 4.30pm to 11.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be focusing initially on getting packed orders to various carriers for shipping around the world. We are customer focused and our goal is to make sure all orders make it to customers by the promise date. Your role will be important in making sure that happens for thousands of customers around the world

You will have a high level of attention to detail, especially in tracking shipments / pallets.

You will need to drive daily processing of orders.

You will need to be physically fit and able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs

Bonus skills include experience in
- Selling on Amazon / eBay etc before
- Slack
- Google sheets
- Booking shipments on Royal Mail / UPS etc
- Forklift licence a bonus but not required

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
