Warehouse Assistant Manager

We’re seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse Assistant Manager to support operations across three warehouse sites in Quedgeley, Gloucester. The company is a leading producer and international seller of goods, and this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth store replenishment and ecommerce fulfilment. Monday to Friday 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM Key Responsibilities * Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations across all three sites * Support store replenishment and ecommerce fulfilment processes * Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and quality control * Contribute to SOP and KPI management * Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently * Supervise and support warehouse teams as needed Requirements * Proven experience in stock management * Familiarity with pick and pack systems * Hands-on experience with ERP systems * Strong computer literacy, including MS Office * Previous experience supervising teams * Excellent written and spoken English * Comfortable using warehouse machinery * Understanding of SOPs and KPIs * Maintaining quality control What we are looking for: * Reliable and well-organised, with strong time management skills * A problem-solver with a proactive mindset * A team player who thrives in collaborative environments * High attention to detail * Flexible and adaptable, able to work acro...
