As a Central Operations Administrator the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the administrative functions are accurately and efficiently delivered. They will deal with inbound calls and general enquiries. As part of this role the post holder will work with their senior team processing both internal and external invoices and cash receipts. They will also work with Credit Controller to support in the recovery of outstanding debts.

**Have you got what it takes?**

You should have a real passion for what you do along with experience of Business Administration, preferably in a Financial environment and have an excellent eye for detail. You will need to be IT literate and proficient in Excel and Word. You should have the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail. You should be a good team player and always looking for ways to make improvements to help the wider business. Knowledge of public sector programmes including Adult Education Budget and Apprenticeships is desired.
