Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a Client Services Officer to join our dynamic Contact Centre team located at our head office in High Street Kensington. We will look to you to ensure that our patient experience is at the centre of all activities within your scope of responsibility. Your primary emphasis will be on efficient and effective communication, at all levels, to both external and internal clients by answering and extending all incoming or overflow calls within the contact centre.
What you’ll do:
- Answer and extend all incoming calls
- Manage and update data records
- Maintain and promote an efficient and high-quality service to all internal and external clients inclusive of patients, their families, clinicians and members of the general public.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding patients, families and friends at all times.
- Be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of both computerised and manual data
- Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Contact Centre supervisor.
