If you're a kind, warm and compassionate person and like to have a positive impact on people's lives, then working as a Care Assistant for Edgewater Private Nursing Home will be the right role for you.

You will be delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, your daily tasks will include supporting them with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they feel part of life in the home. This will see you providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference. You also will develop relationships with our resident's relatives which will support you in understanding their needs more and developing that personal care. If you are a hardworking team player who wants to work in a thriving community, understand what is important to those you are caring for and make sure their lives are as happy as they can be, then the role of a Care Assistant could be perfect for you. If you possess these qualities then experience of working as a Care Assistant isn't necessary.
