What We’re Looking For:

Your Role as an Apprentice:

- **Portfolio Management**: Assist in managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, learning the ins and outs of the property market.
- **Property Viewings**: Gain experience conducting property viewings and learning how to present homes to clients.
- **Transaction Coordination**: Learn how to coordinate transactions, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents.
- **Negotiations**: Develop negotiation skills to help close deals effectively.
- **Client Matching**: Learn to match clients with properties that meet their needs and preferences.
- **CRM Management**: Get trained in updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
- **Client Communication**: Build your communication skills by keeping clients informed of any developments.
