Trainee Estate Agent

Basic Salary: £22,000-£23,000
On Target Earnings: £27,000+
Would you like to start a career in Estate Agency? Are you Self Motivated & Driven?
The Trainee Estate Agent will be taught how to carry out viewings and recognise new business opportunities, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of our company. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships, as well as identifying and converting property buyers to sellers.
This is a high-volume Estate Agent, with a very attractive commission structure.
The successful candidate will have:
- Customer service skills and sales experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience
- An interest in the local property markets and market trends
- Ambitious and motivated to succeed
- UK clean driving license
- Prioritising our customer needs (making every home move amazing)
- Performance focused and driven to succeed
- Strong planning and organizational skills preferred
- A passion for building successful relationships
- Digitally savvy
- Competitive basic salary with a transparent commission structure
- Wage increase of £1,000 after passing exams
