Super Smart Service are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our distribution centre.

**The Role**

You will support in achieving the objectives set out by Management, your daily duties will include
- Conduct monthly reviews of all management accounts, including cash-flow, budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee daily financial activities of management team members
- Prepare weekly and monthly budgets
- Prepare end of year reports, statements and business tax compliance
- Hold meetings with managers to discuss new projects, prepare budgets, assess project finances and improve existing financial processes
- Prepare and present budget proposals for new and existing clients which cohere with client specifications and existing and existing budget information
- Report and liaise with headquarters management team who are based in China and other countries to support any queries they may have as well as giving accounting advice
- Give advice to management on purchasing and all other financial decisions
- Check and approve all expenses ensuring that they are in line of audit compliance

Qualified/partly qualified accountant with experience in
- Business Tax, VAT and import VAT Preparation and Filing
- Payroll Experience (preferable), bookkeeping Experience
- Team Management Skills
- Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with strong Organization skills
- Time-Management skills
- Possess Current Knowledge of UK Tax Procedures
- IT literate within all Microsoft packages including Excel, word and power point
- Experience using Quick books and SAP (Preferable)
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English both verbally and in writing
- Have a legal qualification or experience in business legal matters an advantage
**Hours of work**

Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (flexibility required)
