Bidderlists is looking for a graduate sales and marketing professional to work within our expanding, forward thinking marketing consultancy business.

We are a niche, well established business leading the way in industrial machinery auctioneer sales and marketing fields. We are currently developing and expanding the business and require a driven individual to play a major part in this role.

Sales and Marketing are key strategic components of our company and we are searching for a professional whose sales focus is on building long-term relationships with customers whilst using problem-solving skills to understand, anticipate and meet our customers' needs. This enthusiastic individual will be required to work closely with our customers, acting as an all-round business consultant, identifying how they can expand our sales and profitability. The work offers responsibility, independence and autonomy.

This is predominantly a home based position with upto 2 days in the office per week. With this in mind the ability to work from home is a key advantage.

**Core responsibilities**
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
- Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet team goals and quotas
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
- Makes product appeal to the target market
- Trains other sales people in the art of selling
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
**Required Hard Skills**
- Competent Computer Literate
- Be able to demonstrate experience of Target Market Analysis, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Product Development, Creativity, Financial Strategy and Data Tracking.
- Confident in Research and Analysis
- You will need exceptional negotiating skills and be able to accommodate a wide range of personalities and expertise.
- Commercial awareness and strong communication skills are essential alongside being able to fit in with our growing team of professionals.

- Sales professionals should be dynamic, confident, independent and flexible.

- Superior Written and Verbal Communication and presentation Skills
