**Role Overview**

The Innvest Group is a growing business, with currently over 8 venues and still expanding, covering predominantly Irish bars, with experience in cocktail bars and nightclubs. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the team, reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager and alongside the other team members. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and business. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be dealing with customer enquiries, and daily admin tasks supporting the sales and marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone looking for more experience in the sales and marketing world, with a keen interest in the hospitality industry. The individual will be capable managing multiple tasks independently, and enjoy a blend of operational responsibilities, working both reactively to incoming workloads and proactively in helping the business grow sales.

Working 5 days every week (Monday - Saturday)

**Key responsibilities**
- Following up on sales enquiries, driving packages and upsell
- Daily/weekly/monthly sales reporting across the group
- Collecting business leads and building corporate events, Christmas parties and ad hoc events across the group
- Reaching out to online groups to drive sales, assessing relevant networking groups in local areas to contact
- Reaching out to bloggers to support the social media coordinator and inviting them to the venues to collaborate.
- Managing spreadsheets and regularly updating the database
- Cold calling businesses to generate sales leads
- Using Linkedin and working alongside the team to build relationships with local businesses
- **Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally experienced in a sales-based role with a strong grasp on customer service
- Affluent on all Microsoft programs, particularly excel and word
- Experienced in an office environment
- Experienced on Designmynight but not essential as training will be provided
- An understanding of current online marketing platforms across social media channels
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
