This award winning digital agency that specialises in the games and entertainment industry is looking for a **Senior Digital Project Manager** to deliver a wide range of projects across digital channels including Social, Video, Display and Web development,

The Senior Project Manager will work on high-level projects, but also oversees Project Managers on smaller projects, guiding them with planning, scoping, costing, producing and delivery.

They are currently working in a hybrid from home/in the office arrangement.

**You will need**:

- Creative agency experience, working with big brands and delivering multiple projects with a strong focus on digital and social content production
- Experience in a Senior Project Manager role with a passion for best practice, client satisfaction, and consistency of process and service across projects, big or small
- Experience in budgeting, scoping, supervising and reconciling high-level projects
- Experience developing project workflows across digital, social, video, 2D and 3D with an understanding of production software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Maya, Blender, Octane, etc.)
- Experience guiding clients through complex production deliverables and be able to communicate problems and solutions clearly
- Experience managing the full project life cycle from strategy and creative conception, to delivery
- An understanding of the shoot production process
- Understanding of encoding/transcoding, codecs, video formats, file types, frame rates, resolution
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control
