We have over 700 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge and Frome - including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 78,000 square foot ever-growing manufacturing site
We are now searching for an enthusiastic and pro-active Facilities Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced team in Frome on a full-time basis.
**Shift rotation**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (early finish on Friday)
**Responsibilities**
The Facilities Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the Assistant Facilities Manager in a range of administrative tasks such as:
- Gathering key updates and information to share with the wider business on a weekly basis.
- Ordering workwear for all employees across the business, liaising with suppliers, anticipating issues, and identifying continuous improvement ideas.
- Co-ordinating company key holder schedule including periodic audits.
- Managing company pool cars including booking of maintenance and requesting quotations for repairs.
- Monitoring vending machine and locker requirements across the business, ordering more if required and identifying potential cost savings.
- Completing safety tours, identifying hazards and reporting appropriately.
- Co-ordinating on-site maintenance including scheduling works on a weekly basis and managing relationships with external contractors.
- Ensure work areas are always kept clean, safe and tidy.
- Communicating effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers.
- Helping to promote a positive working atmosphere within the company.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High level of accuracy and keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong level of computer literacy.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively prioritise a demanding workload.
- Positive, professional and flexible approach to new challenge.
**Please note** - due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is required*
