**Weekend Receptionist - Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford**: Job description Represent a leading Automotive brand whilst working for Automotive Management "**Dealer Group of the Year**" 2021 and be the face of our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Oxford. **The Role** We are seeking a Weekend Dealership Receptionist to join Marshall Motor Group’s Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Oxford on Saturdays and Sundays. This role will see you act as the face and voice of Jaguar Land Rover, greeting sales and service customers both face to face and by phone. Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a permanent basis, and provides the chance to work in a professional environment with the UK’s 12th **Great Place to Work®.** **Saturdays 8am - 5pm** **Sundays 10.30am - 4.30pm** **Responsibilities** - Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member - Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team - Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked - Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Assist with administrative tasks as required **Required Skills and Experience** To be successful, you will have previous experience as a Receptionist / Showroom Host within a professional environment (vehicle dealership experience preferred but not essential) and have intermediate IT skills.
