Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Client on-boarding and maintaining client databases
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero, allocate clients payments and chase outstanding debts.
- Assist with Companies House Submissions
- Manage office workflow, chasing clients and HMRC submissions.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
