What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the setup, coordination and breakdown of live events
- Supporting event managers with on-the-day logistics and client needs
- Greeting and guiding guests with a professional and friendly approach
- Managing supplies, equipment, and schedules to keep everything on track
- Solving problems on the spot and helping the team deliver smooth, standout experiences

What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A passion for events and working with people
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
- Previous experience in events, hospitality or customer service is a bonus - but not essential
